My approach to counselling is an inclusive, empowering, and embodied integration of therapeutic skills and insights to ignite adults to uncover your values, clarify and communicate your emotional needs, develop body-based awareness and practices to self-regulate, navigate moments of grief and acceptance, and take committed action to live according to your values and your purpose.
I am a Counsellor-In-Training, currently completing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University, with an expected graduation in the summer of 2026. I am currently fulfilling my practicum requirements in preparation for accreditation as an Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) through the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
I provide counselling services to individuals under the supervision of BCACC members Frances Kinloch, RCC and Stefanie Krasnow, RCC. During my practicum I am offering reduced rates, which can be reimbursed for extended medical benefits under Frances Kinloch’s BCACC licence (#18619).
